User Obligations

Consultation Services

Consultation bookings are subject to availability. We will confirm your booking via email with a video call link.

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.

Our recommendations are based on the information you provide and industry best practices. Final equipment selection and purchase decisions are your responsibility.

Payment Terms

All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT. Payment is required at the time of booking for consultation services.

We use Stripe for secure payment processing. We do not store your payment card details.

For project-based services, payment terms will be specified in a separate service agreement.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a consultation booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the consultation are not eligible for refunds.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule consultations due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our consulting services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information but do not guarantee specific results.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services.
